Nuevo Pudahuel

The new Express 2 parking building, located in the old Expreso and Techado West parking lots, offers more than 1,500 parking spaces on three levels, one of them underground. The building consists of an outdoor boulevard, which will house 11 stores, as well as a 470 square metre exhibition centre where you can enjoy Chilean art. The roof areas will open in the second half of 2021.

The Arturo Merino Benítez airport expansion plan will increase the number of parking spaces from 3,730 to more than 5,800, and this site is an essential part of the project. Once this new building is opened, the old parking area, Express and Covered East was closed to allow construction of Parking Express 1. This future building will also offer 1,500 parking spaces, as well as an outdoor amphitheatre.
