


If you have lost any of your belongings during your visit to the airport, they might still be here.
Please follow these steps to find out:
» Describe your belongings, please do not forget to mention any identifying characteristic they might have.
» Specify the date, time, flight number and location if you know it. The more thorough you are, the easier it will be for us to help you.
We will be in touch with you within two working days. If your belongings are not in our lost and found office, you might need to contact a different institution. Please note that this is the only method of contact, there is no physical office.

- What happens if I left my belongings on board?
- Items left in the aircraft are handled by the airline. We might be able to help you, but first you should contact your airline directly.
- What happens if I left my items at the security control?
- This area is managed by the Directorate General of Civil Aeronautics (DGAC). As Nuevo Pudahuel, we can contact the DGAC on your behalf and make queries about your lost property.
- What happens if I let my belongings on my way through Customs/SAG?

Both Customs and SAG (Agricultural and Livestock Service) have their own lost property office where items found in that area are stored. To find out about your belongins, you must contact directly each institution:

- What happens if I left my belongings at my airline’s lounge?
- This area is operated by your airline, we recommend that you contact them directly.
- What happens if I lose an item but only notice sometime later?
- Once the items are handed in to us we will keep them, ready to be reunited with their owners, for a period of three months. After this time, we will give the items to Pudahuel Municipality and notices will be published every 30 days on various media. If the rightful owner is not found after 90 days, the items will be auctioned.
- What happens if I lose some documentation?
- If your lost documents are handed in to Nuevo Pudahuel, we will keep them for three months. After this time, we will hand them over to PDI (Chilean Investigative Police).
