APPLICABLE REGULAR RATES STARTING FROM OCTOBER 2015

The rates for both aeronautical and not aeronautical services presented on this document are applied from October 1st, 2015. The above mentioned rates are subject to modifications. The rates and their possible modifications will be published with enough time before for the suitable knowledge of the users. Except for the cases that the opposite is indicated expressly, the rates indicated in this document do not include the VAT that the Concessionaire is forced to recharge and receive from the users as arranged in the DL825 of 1974.l

  • Aeronautics Services

    Aeronautical are those that relate to support services to aircraft in Concession area during his stopover at the airport and other ground services.

    System Boarding / Landing

    Fees apply for this service from October 1, 2015 are as follows:

    Platform Services

    i) Area Services Platform

    Monthly rates applicable to the areas allocated to service providers at the airport platform are as follows:

    ii) Maximum per Trade Law

    The Licensee is entitled to charge airlines and general aviation, a maximum duty per transaction associated with the services you get on the platform, within the Concession Area, distinguishing between domestic and international flights, the amount, from 1 October 2015, indicated in the following table:

    (*) For these purposes, the term "operation" whenever an aircraft is in a boarding bridge or remote parking, as appropriate, to prepare their departure.

    Public car parking in general

    For deployed in the existing parking infrastructure, the concessionaire has set rates
    Charging for the use of public parking for vehicles in general according to the following table:

    * Rate for 30 minutes
    * Charge per minute
    * Free of charge for ten minutes less permanent
    * Adjust every $100 (one hundred Chilean pesos) upwards or downwards
    * Maximum Fee per day: 10 hours

    The current rates are updated February 1 of each year by the CPI of the calendar year immediately above.

    Parking for airport workers

    The concessionaire will operate parking areas for vehicles of persons showing work at the Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport in Santiago, whether public officials or private services. The applicable monthly rate shall be:

    Passenger Processing Systems / Baggage

    i) Fee per embarking passenger

    The fee for management and operation of passenger processing system for use by airlines operating at the airport is as follows:

    Fee for each embarking passenger 0,02

    (*) Fee charged to all airlines

    The rate includes use of the equipment and systems required for processing passengers and baggage during the documentation process or approach.
    The fee is charged to all airlines using the services of passenger and baggage processing according to the Charge Distribution Mechanism force.

    ii) Offices and Support areas built
    The monthly rate for offices and support areas will be charged by the designated areas related to air operations, such as ground control center, lost luggage, suitcase and overrun by administrative offices, commercial activities except airline activities.

    Management associated with the Public Transport Infrastructure

    i) Taxis and Minibuses

    The maximum rate for taxis and minibuses are adjusted annually according to the CPI.

    ii) Transit Buses
    The law applicable to public transport buses fee for use of road infrastructure is as follows:

    ROAD INFRASTRUCTURE
      Valid rates from February 15th, 2019 ($ VAT included)
    Transit Buses $ 5.500

    These rates do not include use:

    * Inns of customer service,

    * Transportation Center

    * Parking for the exclusive Public Transportation Buses

    System buses Metropolitan Transit Santiago will not pay for admission to the airport or by the detention zones established for the stop.

     

    Cargo Terminals Management

    Monthly rates applicable to providers of services operating at the airport cargo shall be:

  • Special Tax

    The Concessionaire may propose special rates to service users or different rate schedules depending on the types of services and areas where provided. These tariff schemes and tariff structures only They may apply in compliance with the provisions of the Bidding fiscal work called Airport International Arturo Merino Benitez.

    RATES AND TARIFF SPECIAL SCHEMES

    The Concessionaire may propose special rates for users of the services or different pricing schemes based on the types of services and areas where provided. These tariff schemes and tariff structures may only be applied in compliance with the provisions of the Bidding fiscal work entitled International Airport Arturo Merino Benitez.
